Is it possible to detox in Winter?

Answer most certainly yes !!, many practitioners like to detox their patients in

summer due to the threat of illness in Winter during a detox. However when done correctly there is no reason not to detox in Winter. In fact in winter because we do not sweat as much it is easier for toxins to build up and to affect our health . I find Saunas and Hot baths to be excellent as they also warm us in the colder months . Bikram Yoga is also excellent in winter . I often recommend baths as they are easy to do and convenient .

My Winter Detox recipe

Add the following to a hot bath

500gms of Bicarb Soda

100gm of Celtic sea salts

20 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil

20 drops of Pure tea tree oil

Ground Ginger about a table spoon (to induce sweating )

Swoosh it around the bath and Soak for 30-40 minutes

This will allow toxins to leave the body and allow the minerals to be reabsorbed

Put on some light music to relax as much as possible

Then rinse yourself off , or rap yourself in towels to maintain heat to continue detoxing

After your bath , make the following replacement drink

1 teaspoon of spirilina or chlorella

5 drops of cell food or mineral replacement power

Drink as much fluid as possible then take a nice rest !

repeat this regime 2-3 x per week for 1 month
