Each capsule contains:

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250 mg
Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms
equiv. to vitamin D3 500 IU
Zinc amino acid chelate 50 mg
equiv. to zinc 10 mg
Selenomethionine 124.2 micrograms
equiv to. selenium 50 micrograms
Bovine lactoferrin 100 mg

Dose:

Adults: Take 1 capsule two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
