MagDuo Sleep is a comprehensive formula combining two bioavailable forms of magnesium with calcium and glycine, alongside Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305 postbiotic, to support refreshing sleep. Skullcap and California poppy are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness and help relax the nervous system, while cramp bark is traditionally used to relieve muscle cramps and support muscle relaxation. MagDuo Sleep comes in a pleasant pineapple and lime flavoured powder.

Dose:
Take 10g (one level scoop) in water once daily, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consume immediately.
