Directions for Use: Take 1 tablet twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Storage Guide: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Warning: Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
