Each capsule contains:
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf) 300mg
equivalent leaf dry 1.2g
Mitchella repens (Squaw vine) 62.5mg
equivalent aerial plant dry 1.25g

Directions for use:
– One capsule twice daily from week 34 of pregnancy until week 6 postpartum.

– Helps prepare the body for labour.
– Prepares the uterus for childbirth.
– Uterine tonic. Enhances uterine health.
– Astringent. Tightens tissues with may assist with recovery post birth.
