INSTRUCTIONS

Adults: Maintain general health and wellbeing. Take 1.65 g (½ scoop) once a day with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drink plenty of water.
Adults: Support bowel regularity. Take 3.3 g (1 scoop) once a day with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Mix with water and consume. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Drink plenty of water.
Consume contents within 6 months of opening.
