Each capsule contains:
Astragalus membranaceus root extract 100 mg
from 1.5 g dry root
Withania somnifera root extract A 50 mg
from 600 mg dry root (Ashwagandha)
Schisandra chinensis fruit extract 50 mg
from 250 mg dry fruit
Lentinula edodes fruiting body extract 50 mg
from 500 mg dry fruiting body (Shiitake)
Trametes versicolor whole plant extract 25 mg
from 250 mg dry whole plant (Turkey-Tail)
Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract 14.3 mg
from 500 mg dry fruiting body (Reishi)
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 125 mg
Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 7.5 mg
Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 12.5 micrograms

Excipients:

Hypromellose (Capsule), Leucine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin (Corn), Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Directions for use:

Adults take 1-2 capsules up to three times a day, with or without food.

Warnings:

This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
