Adults:
To reduce the occurrence of symptoms of URTI – Take one capsule once a day.

For support alongside and after antibiotic treatment – Take one capsule in the morning and at night, at least 2 hours away from antibiotic dose.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain: (Rosell®-11) 3.8 billion CFU
Lactobacillus helveticus strain: (Rosell®-52) 0.2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum strain: (Rosell®-71) 1.5 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strain: Howaru® (HN019) 2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strain: BI-04 2 billion CFU

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not use if you are immunocompromised.
Adults only.
Drink plenty of water.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
