Why choose Integrated Health?

Integrated Health has been helping patients since 1999. Our practitioners combine traditional naturopathic principles with modern functional medicine, nutritional medicine, acupuncture, pathology interpretation and advanced health testing to identify potential underlying drivers of illness.

Our goal is to provide personalised, evidence-informed healthcare that focuses on understanding the whole person rather than simply managing symptoms.

How much does it cost?

Consultation fees vary depending on the type and duration of appointment required.

Integrated Health offers a range of services including Naturopathy, Functional Medicine, Acupuncture, Nutritional Medicine, Telehealth Consultations, Health Programs and Advanced Functional Testing.

For a complete and up-to-date list of consultation fees and services, please visit our Price Schedule page.

Please note that consultation fees do not include supplements, pathology testing, functional testing or other products that may be recommended as part of your personalised healthcare plan.

If you are unsure which appointment is most appropriate for your needs, please contact our clinic and our team will be happy to assist.

How many appointments will I need and how often will I be seen?

The number of appointments required varies depending on your health concerns, goals, test findings and how long your condition has been present.

Most patients begin with an Initial Consultation followed by a Report of Findings appointment where results are reviewed and a personalised treatment plan is provided.

As a general guide:

• Initial Consultation – Comprehensive assessment and case review

• Report of Findings – Review of findings and personalised recommendations

• Follow-Up Consultations – Usually every 2–4 weeks initially

• Ongoing Maintenance – Every 1–3 months depending on progress and goals

Patients undertaking gut health programs, hormone balancing, weight management, chronic disease management, functional testing or complex health programs may require more regular reviews to optimise outcomes.

Your practitioner will discuss an appropriate schedule based on your individual circumstances and health goals.

Do you offer pathology and functional testing?

Yes. Depending on your individual needs, your practitioner may recommend standard pathology testing and/or advanced functional testing.

These tests may include blood chemistry analysis, hormone testing, gut microbiome testing, food sensitivity testing, nutritional assessments, genetic analysis, heavy metal screening and other specialised investigations designed to help identify underlying contributors to your health concerns.

Any recommended testing will be discussed with you prior to proceeding, including the purpose of the test, expected outcomes and associated costs.

Do you prescribe supplements?

Where clinically appropriate, your practitioner may recommend practitioner-only nutritional supplements, herbal medicines, dietary modifications and lifestyle strategies as part of your personalised health program.

All recommendations are tailored to your individual health history, symptoms, medications, pathology findings and clinical goals.

Please note that practitioner-only supplements are formulated for professional use and may differ from products commonly available through retail outlets.

Are telehealth appointments available?

Yes. We offer both telehealth and in-clinic consultations for patients throughout Australia.

Do you accept private health funds?

Yes. Rebates may be available for eligible services such as Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Manual Therapies, depending on your level of cover and health fund provider.

We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your eligibility and rebate amounts prior to your appointment, or visit our Health Fund Information page for further details.

Do I need a referral?

No. A referral is not required to book an appointment with Integrated Health. Patients may self-refer for all services.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring:

• Any recent pathology or specialist reports

• A list of current medications and supplements

• Relevant scans or medical reports

• Completed intake forms (if applicable)

Providing comprehensive information helps us deliver the most personalised recommendations possible.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Payment is required in full on the day of your consultation for all in-clinic appointments. Online and telehealth consultations must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and other approved payment methods.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments (non-attendance), may incur a cancellation fee as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and may prevent another patient from receiving care.

What is your refund policy?

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been provided.

Supplements, practitioner-only products, pathology testing, functional testing and other services are non-refundable for change of mind after purchase or supply.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not fit for purpose, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return supplements or products?

For safety, quality assurance and regulatory reasons, supplements and practitioner-only products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have left the clinic, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise eligible under Australian Consumer Law.

Are pathology tests and functional tests refundable?

No. Once laboratory testing has been ordered, testing kits have been dispatched, or samples have been processed, refunds are generally not available as costs are incurred immediately by the laboratory.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes. All patient information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and professional obligations.

Your information remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law, or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, including child safety concerns.
