Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) 150 mg
Zinc glycinate 16.33 mg

Selenomethionine 93.1 microgram

d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 185.12 mg
equiv. d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E) 224 IU

Directions for Use: Take 1 tablet twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Storage Guide: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Warning: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
