Indications:
Contains ingredients traditionally used homeopathically to assist in cases of nervous tension, stress, mild anxiety and nervous unrest. Relief of sleeplessness and insomnia.

Active ingredients:
Coffea cruda 6X, hyoscyamus niger 5x, Ignatia 12x, Origanum majorana 3x, Nux vomica 6x, Passiflora incarnata 2x, Pulsatillia 12x, Solidago virgaurea 3X.

Directions of use:
– Adults: 4 sprays 3 times daily. Acute: every half hour for up to 6 doses.
– Children (2-12 years): 2 sprays 3 times daily. Acute: every half hour for up to 6 doses. ** Put in 50-100mL of water & sip.
