Valeriana officinalis extract dry conc. 500mg.
Humulus lupulus extract dry conc. 120mg.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one tablet half an hour to an hour before bed with water.

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist talk to your healthcare professional.
