Algotene II is made from pure whole dried Dunaliella salina microalgae.
Dunaliella salina is one of the richest sources of dietary beta-carotene and mixed carotenoids. Dunaliella salina is a soft wall, easy-to-absorb, single-cell marine microalgae (phytoplankton) that sit at the bottom of the food chain. It is one of the most nutrient-dense, food sources known.

Farmed in shallow saltwater lakes with pure sunlight for energy, the algae protects itself from the harsh conditions by producing high levels of mixed carotenoids,

The rich combination of carotenoids and green chlorophyll gives Dunaliella salina its distinctive orange-red colour.

It contains naturally occurring pro-vitamin A. The nutrients found in Dunaliella salina include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, electrolytes, polysaccharides and antioxidants.

Directions for Use: Adults, take 1- 2 capsules twice daily, with water.
Children 4-6 years: Give one capsule, once daily.
Open capsule shell and mix the content on spoon with honey or yogurt before administering immediately.
Children 7-8 years: Take 1 capsule once daily, with water.
Children 9 years and older: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with water.
