Recommended Dosage:
– Adults: 2 capsule twice daily with or after meals, or as directed by your health care professional.
– Children 1-3 years: Open and empty contents of 1 capsule and mix with honey or yoghurt or mix into a smoothie, once daily
– Children 4-9 years: Take one capsule, twice daily, with food. If the child is unable to swallow CAPSULE, the CAPSULE may be opened and contents mixed with honey or yoghurt or mixed into a smoothie.
– Children 9-18 years: Take 1 capsule, three times daily with food. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
