Dosage and Administration
– Adults: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily

Indications
– Boswellia supports joint health and relieves inflammation
Celery seed is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine:
– to relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis such as aches and pains
– as an anti-inflammatory
An antioxidant formula which helps to decrease free radical damage to body cells

Warnings, Contraindications and Cautions
Daily doses of dried Ginger in excess of 4 g are contraindicated in patients who are already taking blood-thinning drugs such as warfarin or aspirin or who have increased risk of haemorrhage. In these patients, at doses of Ginger below this, and due to the presence of Turmeric, exercise caution
Contraindicated in patients taking nifedipine
Ginger should be used cautiously in patients taking antacids (it may decrease the effectiveness since ginger increases gastric secretory activity) or phenprocoumon
Caution in patients taking talinolol
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice

Boswellia serrata (Boswellia) extract 277 mg
– derived from min. gum oleoresin dry 1.9 g
– standardised to contain boswellic acids 180 mg
Curcuma longa (Turmeric) extract 80 mg
– derived from min. rhizome dry 2.0 g
– standardised to contain curcuminoids 76 mg
Apium graveolens (Celery) extract 2 mL
– derived from fruit dry 1.0 g
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) extract 0.6 mL
– derived from rhizome dry 300 mg
