Clinical Benefits
Vitamin D, vitamin K and green tea may help to support normal healthy cell function
Studies have shown 800 IU of vitamin D significantly increased cell differentiation via the increase of p21 enzyme, a marker of cell differentiation. Further evidence has also reported the importance of p21 in cell cycle regulation, control of DNA methylation and support normal cell cycles.
Green tea, BCM-95™ Turmeric, resveratrol, selenium, and zinc may help defend against free radical damage. An in vitro study using human cells exposed to oxidant challenge examined the genoprotective effects of green tea compared to placebo (water). Results showed a 22% decrease in stressed cells, as opposed to a 4% increase with placebo, indicating significant DNA resistant effects from green tea (Figure One).

Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet with food twice daily.

Each tablet contains:
– Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms (Equivalent Vitamin D3 500 IU)
– Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1) 2.5 mg
– Zinc sulfate monohydrate 41 mg (Equivalent Zinc 15 mg)
– Selenomethionine 188 micrograms (Equivalent Selenium 75 micrograms)
– Molybdenum trioxide 94 micrograms (Equivalent Molybdenum 62.5 micrograms)

Dry herbal extracts:
– Reynoutria japonica (Polygonum), root 125 mg

(Derived from min. dry root 12.5 g, Standardised to Resveratrol 25 mg)

– Camellia sinensis (Green tea), leaf 200 mg (Derived from dry leaf 5.0 g)
– Curcuma longa, (BCM-95TM Turmeric), rhizome 76 mg (Derived from dry rhizome 1.9 g)
– Panax ginseng, (Korean ginseng), root 50 mg (Derived from dry root 500 mg)

Free from dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein. Free from artificial colours and flavours. Contains 20 mg of caffeine per tablet.

Excipients: Acacia, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Croscarmellose sodium, Dl-alpha-tocopherol, Glycerol, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Maize starch, Medium chain triglycerides, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Sodium starch glycollate type A, Sucrose.

Warnings
WARNING: Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Adults only. Contains 20 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
