Directions
Adults:
Add 2 level scoops (9.8 g) to 200ml of water twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings
WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
