Lipogen contains ingredients traditionally or clinically used as:
A liver tonic that aids digestion.
Contains lipotropic factors to assist the assimilation of fats.
Contains bupleurum, barberry and dandelion extracts.

Clinical Benefits
A liver tonic that aids digestion: Lipogen contains a combination of herbal extracts to aid digestion plus vitamins and amino acids. Dandelion, barberry and bupleurum are traditionally used to aid digestive function and support liver and gallbladder function. A primary mechanism by which dandelion and barberry support digestion has been shown, in animal studies, to be an increase in bile production and flow. Lipogen also contains lipotropic factors to assist with the distribution and assimilation of fats in the digestive system. Choline is a methyl donor, important for normal metabolism of fats by the liver and gallbladder.

Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet twice daily.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
– Choline bitartrate 167 mg (Equivalent Choline 69 mg)
– Inositol 100 mg
– Taurine 100 mg
– Methionine 100 mg
– Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25 mg
– Folic acid 200 micrograms
– Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) (Vitamin B12) 200 micrograms

Dry herbal extracts:
– Bupleurum falcatum (Bupleurum), root 150 mg (Derived from dry root 1.5 g)
– Berberis vulgaris (Barberry), stem bark 100 mg (Derived from dry stem bark 1.0 g)
– Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion), root 100 mg (Derived from dry root 500 mg)

Contains Betaine hydrochloride as excipient. Take each dose with a large glass of water.

Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
