DOSING CONSIDERATIONS

– COMMON DOSAGE RANGE: 100 – 600MG ONCE DAILY (It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required).
– Typical clinical dose = 300mg daily
– Dividing daily dose optional
– Commonly taken with meals
(although may be taken on empty stomach)

– Generally well tolerated.
– Studies have observed instances of increased ALT and urinary WBC in 3% of study participants, yet these were not considered statistically significant compared to placebo.
