KEY FEATURES
– Gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA ) is a major neurotransmitter widely distributed
throughout the central ner vous system (CNS).
– GABA is a key inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain.
– Too much neuro-excitation (i.e. via Glutamate) can lead to irritability, restlessness, insomnia, seizures, and movement disorders . Therefore neurological stimulation must be balanced with inhibition (i.e. via GABA).
– Low GABA level s are associated with several psychiatric and neurological disorders, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and epilepsy.
– GABA may improve alpha brain waves, relaxation and enhance sleep.

Please be aware that this is a pure ingredient without excipients, there are no additives to assist with flow of the powder. Therefore, shaking and tapping the container as well as crushing any clumps with a spoon prior to dispensing and/or mixing should help with accurate dosing.
