KEY FEATURES
– L-Theanine is a unique amino acid present almost exclusively in the tea

STATEMENTS AND WARNINGS
L-Theanine is generally well tolerated.
L-Theanine increases the activity of doxorubicin, idarubicin, pirarubicin, cisplatin, and irinotecan in tumor cells.
L-Theanine has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy.Because of its potential effect on neurotransmitters, health practitioners may prefer to avoid its use during
pregnancy or lactation, unless confident that its impact can be reasonably deemed
to be safe and beneficial
