DOSING CONSIDERATIONS
– 700MG – 2800MG/DAY
Can be taken with or without food.
Sufficient level s of Glycine, Glutamine, Zinc, Selenium and B-vitamins such as
B3 & B5 (as well as recycling antioxidants such as vitamin C) are needed for
optimum production and utilisation of Glutathione. (Consider combined
supplementation if deficiency of any of these is suspected).

NAC is safe and well tolerated when administered orally, with mild gastrointestinal symptoms being reported at doses >3g per day.
Avoid use in those with active peptic ulcers. Appropriate dosing may be resumed when sufficient ulcer healing has been achieved.
