Magnesium Citrate capsules contain 150 mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium Citrate supports general health and wellbeing and maintains healthy immune system function. It may assist in the prevention of magnesium deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. Magnesium maintains energy levels and energy production. It supports muscle function and a healthy neuromuscular system. Magnesium Citrate & supports nerve conduction and helps to maintain nervous system health. WARNING

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose for magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
Children aged between 1 and 3 years (inclusive) provides 65 mg or more total magnesium.
Children aged between 4 and 8 years (inclusive) provides 110 mg or more total magnesium,
Individuals aged 9 years or older provides 350 mg or more total magnesium.

INSTRUCTIONS

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
